He is the author of two books — The Courage to Become (2024) and Build the Room (2026) — and his frameworks on confidence, purpose and team culture are used by organisations across Africa's fastest-growing companies. David's core belief is simple: a good speech should not simply make people feel something. It should make them see something differently. He lives between Lagos and the road, and speaks on select engagements each year.
